TRAVIS ERXLEBEN : STUDIO COORDINATOR
Originally from Houston, Texas, Travis Erxleben earned his Master of Fine Arts degree in ceramics from Stephen F. Austin State University (SFASU) in 2016. He has served as instructor of record for a variety of collegiate art courses including Introductory Ceramics, Advanced Ceramics, and 3D Design.
In addition to his collegiate level teaching experience, Travis has utilized his artistic talents as an art instructor at The Museum of East Texas and has lead workshops as part of the SFASU Art Educators’ Summer Studio Retreat. Travis maintains an active career as a professional artist with solo exhibitions as well as regular participation in notable invitational and group exhibitions. He is also an active member of Clay Houston, Nation Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA), College Art Association (CAA), Texas Clay Art Association (TCAA), and Michigan Ceramic Art Association (MCAA).
